(2 Timothy 2:2). We believe that when the pastor gets better, everyone gets better. Being a pastor is demanding and exhilarating. There are no experts. No one knows anything. If anyone tries to tell you otherwise, they are lying to you. What might be right for your church, might not be the best decision for another church. So what do you do? Good question, because I don't know.
